Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for faster service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. You'll see the exact shipping fee during checkout before completing your purchase. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time through our carrier's tracking system. Most orders include tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes begin after your order is processed and shipped. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, email support@shopohr.com and we'll chase it down.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@shopohr.com with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no return needed.

The fastest way is to return your original order for a refund and place a new one.

Using a discount code doesn't change anything — promo-code orders are fully returnable.
